Most of its life will be spent in its packed up form. The 2” thick belt and mesh back support provide a comfortable fit and sturdy design. Small enough to avoid being in the way, the Inflatable Belt Pack provides safety in the situations it is needed without the bulk of a full life jacket. This Type V inflatable PFD relies on a rip-cord to fill the belt pack with C02 that provides 16 lbs of buoyancy and a mouth tube on the now-filled jacket to take the buoyancy up to 29.5 lbs. Repacking and re-arming the Belt Pack happens in a few easy steps and will get you back out on the water quickly.
