Aged 4 years in American Cask Barrels, 15% Rye, 101 proof. All individually numbered and hand labeled here in Littleton Colorado. Only 500 bottles in this batch!
Nose: Spice, caramel, toffee
Palate: Very light texture to start, with robust flavors of creamy caramel, butterscotch, vanilla, light smoke, and hints of peat and holiday spice. A clean finish with a lingering dark nut and oak flavor. A very well blended creamy taste that is great on the rocks!
